Overview

Howard has significant hands-on litigation experience in a wide range of civil cases in both state and federal courts across the country. He has handled cases from their inception up through trial and has a proven track-record of obtaining successful results for his clients and upholding those results throughout the appeal process. Howard is also well-versed in alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations, having negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

In employment disputes Howard solely represents employees in matters involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, and disputes over unpaid wages. Howard also represents employees in breach of contract actions where the employer does not honor contractual severance and bonus agreements upon termination.

Prior to founding Moore Ruddell, Howard worked at an Am Law 100 firm where his practice focused on product liability matters, complex commercial disputes, and employment litigation.

In his spare time, Howard enjoys cooking, travel, participating in recreational basketball and flag football leagues, and spending time with family and friends.
